Long turned parts or precision turned parts are manufactured for high volume on CNC-supported multi-spindle lathe.

In case of small-scale production, the manufacturing takes place on single-spindle lathe or turning and milling centres. The advantage of this type of manufacturing is its precision because it takes into consideration the smallest tolerances.

In the turn processing, we drill and mill on special machines. The threads are manufactured using recess or throughfeed threading. This involves metric designs, trapezium, ACME, Whitworth, UNC or multi-course thread. The systems are embedded in an integrally linked system.

Turned parts are also characterised by comparatively short procurement times or as prototypes of a project start-up.
