        Thermal zinc coating

Thermal or even hot-dip zinc coating is a dipping method in which the parts are zinc-coated either at 450 °C or at 530°C depending on their size.
The parts are dipped in melted zinc during the process so that all the corners and parts that are hard to access are covered. After dipping, the parts are then centrifuges so as to remove the excess zinc and to create an even surface.
Alloying with zinc, zinc-iron or zinc-nickel forms a permanent bond with the base product thanks to this procedure. The complete protection thus generated ensures a long-lasting and environmental-friendly protection, which can last for decades without losing the impression of a “natural” metallic surface.
